Connections Mentoring Program

Are you navigating life after incarceration?

Are you looking to strengthen your support network and connections to community?

Do you want to move toward health, accessing more fresh food and time in nature?

Connections is a holistic mentoring program combining 1-1 interaction with a mentor and small group gatherings to facilitate connections with and integration into community. Our program has a unique focus on healing relations with food and land.

The program is six months in duration. Participants and mentors meet at least twice a month. Participants share meals with their mentors, join small collective gatherings in the outdoors and are offered a slate of other opportunities for connection, from community dinners, farm fresh produce boxes, and food justice workshops.

Pairs are carefully matched based on a range of factors with a preference for folks who also have a history of incarceration.
